Nyla has held a passion for Aesthetic Medicine since very early in her nursing career, after needing the help of a plastic surgeon following a serious facial injury. She has followed Aesthetic Medicine since.  

Nyla has over 18 years of experience as a Physician Associate with a degree from Methodist University in Fayetteville, NC. Prior to earning her PA degree, Nyla has worked as nurse in Med-Surg, ICU, ER and OR and holds certifications for all aspects of Aesthetic Medicine. Her experience includes medical surgery, ER, ICU, Cardiology, Dermatology and Hospital Medicine. While running the MedSpa, PA Nyla Thompson continues to provide Occupational Medicine for the DOD in Southport, NC.

Nyla's calm demeanor and attention to detail is what her patients love most about her. Her dream was to open a Medical Spa on Pleasure Island, where residents and visitors would have a place to relax, rejuvenate and recharge. 

When not in the office, Nyla likes to spend her time at the beach, biking through town, or playing cornhole with her husband of 40 years. 

Dr. Steven Andrew Stallard (Drew), DO, is an Internal Medicine Specialist practicing in Fort Bragg, NC. 

Dr. Drew Stallard is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and optimal well-being for his patients and clients. With a background in both hospital and clinic medicine as a physician in the United States Army, he has extensive experience in caring for patients in a holistic manner—body, mind and spirit—and is excited to bring this passion and experience into the aesthetic and wellness space.

Dr. Stallard is originally from the great state of Texas but now calls North Carolina his home, along with his wife, daughter, and 2 dogs.

"Hi there! I’m Miranda Pregler, a licensed esthetician at Reef Retreat Medspa in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. Originally from Salisbury, I moved to Wilmington and have enjoyed living on the coast for nearly 11 years!  I completed my esthetics training in March 2024 at the Aveda Institute in Wilmington. My aim with every client is to ensure you leave feeling relaxed and with visible results. I'm here to tailor each treatment to your unique needs. I look forward to welcoming you and helping you achieve your skincare goals, leaving you refreshed and glowing."

Robin Arnette is a Registered Nurse that hails from Sanford, NC and is passionate about patient care. She graduated from Sandhills Community College in Southern Pines, NC in 1988 and has worked as an RN for 33 years. Her experience spans Cardiology, Plastic Surgery, Outpatient Surgery, and Intensive Care, as well as pre and post operative care.

In addition to her extensive work in direct care roles, Robin was the clinical manager at Wilmington Plastic Surgery where she retired after 16 years of service. In this capacity she worked in both clinical and operating room settings and handled site credentialing for the Operating Room as well as staff scheduling.

Robin is Reef Retreat Med Spa’s IV Therapy specialist. She runs the IV Infusion programs and is the go- to professional for difficult IV insertions and other problems associated with poor vein condition. Other specialties Robin will be working with include Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapies, Weight Management Programs, and various esthetic procedures.

Tammy is a certified Registered Nurse with 24+ years of experience in the esthetics industry. Before dedicating herself to the health and beautification of skin, Tammy worked in emergency medicine and plastic surgery.

Tammy is a Master Esthetics Injector, Laser Ultrasound Device and Skin Care Specialist. She is also Clinical Educator and Trainer for Esthetic Procedures. Tammy believes in partnering with her Clients to offer individual and comprehensive treatment plans that will improve the health and appearance of each Client's unique skin goals.

Tammy is a lifelong resident of North Carolina and received her degree from Wake Community College Nursing School. She is married with 3 children, 3 grandchildren and 3 pups. Tammy loves spending her spare time with family, gardening (SPF always) and traveling.
